  Return Window

You have 20 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

📌 European Union customers:
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

In original condition with tags, accessories (if applicable), and original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included.

   Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless:

The item arrived damaged.

You received the wrong item.

In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide further instructions.

  How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


   Deadline to Return the Item

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 10 calendar days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


   Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original following the process above.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:

Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We’ll offer a prompt solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.


    Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll be notified via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📌 Note: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
